OUR STAFF
Twin brothers Brooks and Brent Wilson are co-founders of the Nursery. After spending 9 years during the 1980's operating their landscape-design build firm in Marietta, Georgia, they opened the nursery for business in 1989 at it's present location in McDonough, Georgia.
Brooks is general overseer of operations at the Nursery and also contributes to the companies internet operations. Brent oversees all internet operations for the business, including email newsletters, online marketing, and continued development and management of the website you're on now and also WilsonBrosGardens.com, the company's online store.
Brent and Brooks were born in Terra Haute Indiana but have spent most of their life in Georgia, now residing near the Nursery in McDonough, Georgia. Both are avid gardeners and plant enthusiasts who are always looking for that next new plant to grow in their own gardens, which contain over 3,500 varieties of plants and trees.

Brian Wilson - Landscape Design & Installation
Brian is Brooks & Brent's younger brother who joined the Wilson Bros Team in 2001. He worked at the nursery for two years while apprenticing as a landscape designer under Brent, who at that time was managing the company's landscape design division. He took over all landscaping operations in 2003. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Brian playing and recording music, snowboarding in Colorado, and spending time with his wife and two children. Brian Wilson and the rest of the design staff at Wilson Bros. Landscape offer a unique approach to design/build that offers clients the opportunity to work directly with one of our master designers to create a customized design. Stephen Whatley - General Manager
Stephen joined the Wilson Bros team in 2004, after having spent several years with one of the top landscape contracting firms in the Atlanta area. He is general manager of all nursery operations, is chief buyer, and has a vast knowledge of everything plants and landscaping. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Stephen landscaping in his home gardens, on the golf course, trout fishing in the north Georgia mountains, camping, hiking and just about every outdoor activity having to do with nature. Stephen was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma and now lives just north of the Nursery in Stockbridge, Georgia.
Spencer Young - General Manager of Online Store
A long-term friend of the Wilson brothers, Spencer joined the Wilson Bros team in 2008. Before coming on board, Spencer managed several e-commerce websites in the state of Florida. These days, he manages the company's online store and shipping operations. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Spencer on the water. He spends every moment he can get kayaking and paddle boarding, and also loves saltwater fishing with Brent in Florida. He is an amazing craftsman having spent 17 years in the home renovations business! Spencer was born in Washington, D.C. and now lives with his two dogs right across the road from the Nursery in McDonough, Georgia. Ladies, he's single and available!
Jennifer Crane - Office & Nursery Manager
Jennifer joined the Wilson Bros team in 2001. She manages the office and is also the buyer of all the beautiful annual and perennial flowers you see at the Nursery. She has a vast knowledge of plants and is one of the "go to" people at the Nursery when there's a question that needs an answer. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Jennifer designing and planting container gardens in her home gardens, interior designing, making pottery in her own studio, and sewing. In case you were wondering, Jennifer loves the color purple and insisted we publish her short bio in purple, so we did! Jennifer was born and raised in Decatur, Georgia and now resides 2 miles from the Nursery in McDonough, Georgia.
Matthew Roberts - Assistant Nursery Manager
Matt joined the Wilson Bros team in 2013. In a very short period of time, Matt grasped a massive amount of knowledge of plants and all nursery operations. He can answer just about any plant related question and will always shoot you straight...never providing an answer he isn't sure about. He is chief buyer of all non-plant products we offer at the nursery. You'll also find him at the nursery pulling customer orders, caring for the plants, and keeping the nursery organized. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Matt hunting or freshwater fishing all over the Southeast, or hanging out with his family. Matt was born and still resides in McDonough, Georgia.
Lamar Elrod - Sales & Quality Control
Lamar, who we all call "Mr Lamar," joined the Wilson Bros team in 2006 after having retired from the US Postal Service. His lifelong love has always been landscaping and gardening. He is the most "chilled-out" person we've ever met and was a godsend to our nursery. When things get stressful, Mr Lamar is there to remind us all to chill out. When at the nursery you'll find Mr Lamar all over caring for plants and assisting customers. He loves pruning and is one of the reasons why we get so many compliments on the looks of our plants. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Mr Lamar in his gardens growing and tending to plants. Mr Lamar was born in Stockbridge, Georgia and now resides not too far from the Nursery in McDonough.
Jeremiah Gosdin
Jeremiah is one of the newest members to the Wilson Bros staff. he was born in Lagrange, Georgia. He has lived in Springfield Missouri, Waycross Georgia, Hampton and now resides in the Lake Dow community in McDonough, Georgia. 19 years old. Graduated from Ola High School. Gaming, hanging out with family, avid music listener, Plays Guitar, Ukele
Sunny Randazzo
"Miss Sunny' joined the Wilson Bros team in 1999, after having worked with Pike Family Nurseries for over a decade. Sunny's father owned a nursery in southern Alabama so she's been involved in the green industry her entire life. At the Nursery, you'll find Sunny propagating and caring for plants. When not at the Nursery, you'll find her planting in her gardens or propagating in her backyard greenhouses. She also enjoys reading and is a fabulous cook. Sunny was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and now lives in Stockbridge, Georgia with her two sons and her pets, too many to name here.
Pat Hatfield
Pat, or "Miss Pat" as we call her, joined the Wilson Bros team in 2001. At the Nursery, you'll find Miss Pat in the office handling all of our accounting and bookkeeping, and she does a spectacular job of it! Miss Pat is one of the most kind and friendly people in the world. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Miss Pat at home as a happy homemaker taking care of her family. She's undoubtedly the best chef around the nursery and often feeds the Wilson Bros family her delicious, southern-style casseroles. Miss Pat was born in Cleveland, Tennessee and resides in Stockbridge, Georgia with her son, grandson and pets, too many to name here.
Jeremiah Gosdin
Joe joined the Wilson Bros team in 2012. He is one of of our quality control experts and is a super hard worker! He's all over the place keeping the nursery in impeccable condition inspecting and caring for plants and pulling and shipping customer orders. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Joe in the wilderness. He's an avid outdoor adventurer who loves to kayak raging rivers, cave dive and hike. You'll never see his SUV without his kayak on top! Joe was born in Carlisle, Ohio and now resides with his wife just a few miles from the Nursery in McDonough, Georgia.
Perry Rosser - Quality Control & Packaging Manager
Perry joined the Wilson Bros team in 2012. He is one of of our quality control experts and is one hard worker! You'll never find Perry standing still. He's all over the place keeping the nursery in impeccable condition inspecting and caring for plants and pulling and shipping customer orders. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Perry hanging out with his beautiful wife and daughter and his three sons, or on the golf course or attending sporting events. Perry was born in Jackson, Georgia and resides with his wife in McDonough, Georgia just a few miles from the Nursery.
Sean Felix - Quality Control & Sales
Sean joined the Wilson Bros team in 2015. Since he's a newbie you might call him the "head gopher," who goes for this and goes for that. He has a keen interest in plants and everything horticulture so is learning very fast. At the nursery you'll find him pulling customer orders, caring for the plants, and keeping the nursery organized. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Sean cooking for his family, reading, watching movies, studying the Japanese language. Sean was born in Buffalo, new York and now resides with his family, and his cat named Pennie, in McDonough, Georgia.
Jeremiah Gosdin
Jeremiah is one of the newest members to the Wilson Bros staff, just having joined us in 2017. He's an exceptionally bright person and is learning fast. Jeremiah was born in Lagrange, Georgia. He has lived in Springfield Missouri, Waycross Georgia, Hampton and now resides in the Lake Dow community in McDonough, Georgia. He graduated from Ola High School in 2015. When not at the nursery, you find Jeremiah hanging out with family and friends, playing Nintendo games or listening to or writing music on his guitar or ukele.

Beth Steele
Beth joined the Nursery team in 2000. For years she managed the annual and perennial flowers department at the Nursery. She now manages our sign card program, which is all the descriptive sign cards you'll find on every plant in the nursery...and it's thousands of them! She also helps out with adding new plants and products to the online store. When not at the Nursery, you'll find Beth spending time with her 5 grandchildren and her chihuahua Jimmy.
Robert Reineker
Robert joined the Nursery team in 2011. In 2016 he started his own landscaping business but loves the nursery so much he's still working there on weekends. Robert has an extensive knowledge of plants and everything landscaping, specializing in seasonal flower beds.
J.C. Steele
J.C. joined the Nursery team in 2003 at the young age of 14. He worked on the nursery full-time until recently joining our design team in 2017, however is still working at the nursery on Sunday's. J.C. has an extensive knowledge of plants and everything landscaping. So, if you want to get some good design advice come on in and see J.C. on Sundays!

Kelly joined the Wilson Bros team back in n1995
