At the end of each year the Wilson Brothers pick the plants for the 'Top 20 Plants of the Year'. Selections are based on outstanding qualities, characteristics and attributes as well as popularity among gardeners who shop at the nursery.
Some exceptionally outstanding and popular plants manage to make the Top 20 list for more than one year while others are 'one-year-wonders'. Many of the plants that make the list can be grown in both northern and southern regions while others may only perform well in the South.
